The BluRay from Raro Video is the preferred way to watch this if only for the 25minute documentary Cannibal World where the late Umberto Lenzi talks about his career he believes that ALMOST HUMAN 1974 is his best film I agree and that PARANOIA 1969 is better than SPASMO 1974 once again
